    Abstract: An improved, stabilized container coating composition of an amine solubilized hydrosol resin solution of:(a) an acrylic-poly(vinyl acetal) co-resin having a number average molecular weight above 10,000 and a glass transition temperature of -20.degree. C. to +60.degree. C.;(b) an epoxy resin having a molecular weight of 300 to 8,000; and on the average 2 or less than 2 epoxy groups per molecule; and(c) an aminoplast, a phenolplast resin, or combination thereof.
