  • Publication number: 20230106199
Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable storage medium, of which the method includes receiving an image of a tool including a consumable object from a remote device via a network at a processor, decoding the image to identify the consumable object, using the processor, and determining a degradation characteristic, a consumption, or both for the consumable object by providing the decoded image to a neural network. The degradation characteristic represents a mode of degradation and the consumption represents an amount of degradation.

  • Patent number: 10382348
Abstract: A system and method for processing a plurality of vehicle messages, wherein the method comprises: receiving a plurality of vehicle messages from a plurality of vehicles; generating a key n-tuple including a key and a time indicator for each of the vehicle messages; storing each of the vehicle messages in a data structure that comprises a priority queue for each key; storing each of the key n-tuples in a timer queue; obtaining a key n-tuple from the timer queue; recalling a vehicle message from a corresponding priority queue; and sending the vehicle message to at least one of a plurality of compute nodes.

  • Patent number: 6289012
Abstract: A method and apparatus for downloading large items packages the item as a plurality of packets and numbers each packet with an index stored in a header. For each user to whom an item is to be downloaded, a list of packets to be sent to the user is maintained. A send process loops through each user. In any given loop, one or more packets from the list is sent to the user. These packets are then marked as having been sent on that user's list. Only one download buffer for storing the download packets and only one network communications buffer for use by a network and a connectionless transport service is required to send the packets to a plurality of users on demand. Each user indicates which packets it did not receive and those packets are added back to that user's list for sending.
