  • Publication number: 20220167788
Abstract: A cooking appliance generates a recipe based on detected weights of multiple ingredients and receives a parameter for cooking the food. In another aspect, the cooking appliance can receive a recipe defining a process for cooking food and an amount of at least a first ingredient in the recipe for the food. Based on the recipe and the amount of the first ingredient added to the container, the cooking appliance generates a wirelessly output instruction for cooking the food. In another aspect, a processor of the cooking appliance detects a physical state of the cooking appliance responsive to an electrical signal and applies a setting to the cooking appliance to cook the food. The cooking appliance can include an LED gauge including multiple LEDs. The processor can selectively turn on one or more of the LEDs based on the set parameter value of the cooking appliance.

  • Publication number: 20220053975
Abstract: One or more implementations of the present disclosure relate to a reusable or disposable outdoor wood or charcoal-fired cooking device. In at least some implementations, embodiments of the present disclosure include one or more of a cooking vessel, a fuel cartridge of combustible fuel (e.g., wood, charcoal) that is positionable within the cooking device, and a control device that includes or controls the operation of a fan, which in turn precisely controls the combustion of the fuel and the conditions within the cooking vessel. The fan may be operative to push or pull air through the fuel cartridge. When the fan is turned off or at low speed, the combustion gases from the fuel cartridge may be vented directly to the ambient environment without passing through the cooking vessel. The cooking vessel and fuel cartridge may be made from materials that are disposable, and ideally recyclable and/or compostable.

  • Patent number: 11149759
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include hydraulic systems which provide power to lift, tilt and auxiliary (e.g., implement) functions, including high-flow auxiliary functions, with increased efficiency. Disclosed embodiments incorporate a single variable displacement pump that supplies pressurized fluid to a main control valve (e.g., for lift, tilt, and auxiliary functions) and a bypass circuit. The main control valve supplies fluid to control lift, tilt, and auxiliary flow for implements. The bypass circuit combines flow with the output of the auxiliary section of the main control valve to optionally provide high-flow for selected implements. The single variable displacement pump can then be set to different output flow levels, with the bypass circuit functioning differently under different conditions to optimize hydraulic flow to carryout various tasks under various conditions.
