Abstract: Methods, systems, and products are disclosed for managing electronic files in a document repository. An electronic file is associated to the document repository, and data is extracted from the electronic file. A document repository index is created. An overwrite protection function is implemented that appends a date and time to the electronic file when the electronic file already exists within the document repository, such that the date and time distinguishes the electronic file from other electronic files. The document repository index is stored in memory that points to a subfolder within an unchangeable primary folder.

The method also includes creating a monitoring report including the server machine, the directory and the current directory data for the one or more file paths. The monitoring report is transmitted to a user.

The system typically includes a centralized server operable to transmit a graphical user interface for tracking project issues over a network, and a database associated with the centralized server provides the graphical user interface to the centralized server. The database also tracks issues related to a topic, provides access through the centralized server to multiple users responsible for resolving issues related to the topic, and provides a storage option for a user to upload data formats which the user determines would be inefficient to manually enter using a graphical user interface format. Methods and other systems are also provided.

Respective ones of the plurality of workbooks are associated with respective ones of the plurality of employees that have results for respective ones of the plurality of query criteria.
