    Abstract: An improved method of treating immune cell mediated systemic diseases, particularly T and B cell mediated diseases, is provided by increasing the systemic exposure, or bioavailibility, of a therapeutic protein. Such therapeutic protein is selected from the group consisting of a monoclonal antibody, a soluble receptor and a soluble ligand which binds to an antigen expressed on the surface of an immunce cell.
