Patent number: 11884899Abstract: A method of laundering a soiled stitchbonded nonwoven towel, to provide hygienically-clean, odor-free towels having non-durable soil release polymer agents on the fabrics and stitching is described. The method has a step of washing soiled stitchbonded nonwoven towels in a first aqueous wash solution formed from a first wash composition comprising a surfactant, a builder, an alkalinity source, and a soil release polymer, at a first alkaline pH, and at a first wash temperature sufficient to remove soil on the towels without redeposition of the soil back onto the towels or into the laundry machine once the residual wash solution is drained. The method also has a step of treating the washed towels in a treatment solution formed from a post-wash composition comprising a soil release polymer agent, at a temperature and pH sufficient to aid in exhausting soil release polymer from the treatment solution and onto the towels or fabrics.Type: GrantFiled: October 30, 2020Date of Patent: January 30, 2024Assignee: AMTEX INNOVATIONS LLCInventors: Robert Charles Busch, Maxwell James Lee

Patent number: 11760055Abstract: A stitchbonded washable towel made from a stitchbonded fabric having a cellulosic nonwoven sheet of cellulosic fibers, and an integrated nonwoven sheet of an outer sublayer of wood pulp fibers, and an inner layer of textile fibers substantially entangled with the wood pulp fibers, and confronting the cellulosic nonwoven sheet of cellulosic fibers. The stitchbonded fabric as uses a pattern of stitching yarns that fixes the cellulosic nonwoven sheet to the integrated nonwoven sheet. A post-treatment of the stitchbonded fabric in a heated aqueous solution containing soil release polymer gathers the fabric into the towel, and provides stain and soil re-deposition resistance.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 2020Date of Patent: September 19, 2023Assignee: AMTEX INNOVATIONS LLCInventors: Maxwell James Lee, Robert Charles Busch

Publication number: 20070089552Abstract: The present invention is a method and apparatus for locking a vehicle transmission where at least one directional clutch gear is located on one end of a shaft and a second directional clutch gear and a park flange are located at the other end of the shaft. A single clutch is selectively moved between the at least one directional clutch gear, the second directional clutch gear, the park flange and a neutral position between the two ends of the shaft. The transmission is locked when the single clutch is engaged with the park flange as the flange is secured to the transmission housing.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 25, 2005Publication date: April 26, 2007Inventors: Charles Busch, Allan Geyer, Benjamin Peverly, Michael Ryan

Publication number: 20050090357Abstract: A differential with an improved locking mechanism is provided. The differential includes first and second clutch members in the form of a differential case having a first set of teeth and a an axle shaft mounted clutch collar having a second set of teeth. A yoke urges the clutch into an out of engagement and is supported on a pivot shaft. The yoke is selectively urged in one direction by an actuator acting on a lever on the pivot shaft. The lever is coupled to the yoke by a spring. The yoke is urged in an opposite direction by one or more return springs mounted on the same pivot shaft. The compact nature of the locking mechanism and the balance of forces provided by the springs and actuator provide an inexpensive and reliable locking mechanism.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 16, 2004Publication date: April 28, 2005Inventors: Charles Busch, Howard Reaser
