The force-applicator is configured to apply a force between the first transverse profile and the second transverse profile, thereby applying a tension force to the panel. The force-applicator defines a longitudinal axis displaced from the major surface of the panel, the force-applicator including two parts capable of being moved, one with respect to the other, connected to one another by a sliding connection controlled by a spring.

Abstract: The invention relates to a strut (300a, 300b, 300c) for lifting a roof element (I) and/or maintaining same in the open position, said roof element forming a swimming pool enclosure (A) that rests on the edge of the pool. The invention is characterised in that it includes a high end (310a and 310b) hinged to the edge of a roof element (I) and a low end (320a and 320b) joined to the ground by a securing means (400), so that it is possible to vary the position of the point at which the low end (320a and 320b) of the strut (300a and 300b) is joined to the ground. The invention also relates to the method for installing one such strut. The invention is suitable for swimming pool enclosures.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for uncovering and/or covering the opening to a swimming pool covered by a roof, for low shelters consisting of adjacent roof elements oriented along the length of the swimming pool. The inventive device is characterised in that it comprises: storage means (600) that are located at an end of the pool and are used to store the roof elements (I) in a stacked manner; means for displacing said roof elements (I) horizontally (arrow H) over the length of the pool; stacking means (800) for stacking the roof elements (I) in the storage means (600); and means for interconnecting (900) the roof elements (I), said connecting means being both inseparable in order to secure the roof elements to each other, and separable in order to enable the vertical displacement (arrow V) of said roof elements (I) for stacking purposes.
