  • Publication number: 20220090927
Abstract: Systems and methods providing for zone-based evacuation management. The systems and methods involve allowing a user to select zones from a user interface. The zones properties may be modified by the user. The user may create evacuation pre-plans for selected zones for different types of incidents. Different scenarios may be used in the creation of the plan. The scenarios may use simulation models to determine the affected zones and the rate of spread of the incident. The systems and methods may also generate and send notifications and alerts to the people residing within the affected zones as well as police departments and fire departments with jurisdiction over the affected areas.

  • Patent number: 6207026
Abstract: The present invention generally provides a vacuum processing system with a process chamber and a rotating member, such as a magnetron in a PVD chamber, disposed in a cooling cavity of the process chamber, where the rotating member includes a deflection member for deflecting cooling fluid in the cooling cavity toward interior portions of the rotating member. In one embodiment, a base plate of the rotating member defines an upper surface of the rotating member and a magnet retainer defines a lower surface of the rotating member. Magnets are mounted between the base plate and the magnet retainer. The deflection member is mounted between the magnets and can be coupled to the magnets on one or both ends. One end of the deflection member is disposed toward the outer perimeter of the magnetron and the other end of the deflection member is disposed toward the interior portions of the rotating member.

  • Patent number: 5545367
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for the production of high precision large scale, micro and mini structures using three dimensional stereolithography. The objects formed using these methods have minimal stress between layers and low curl distortion. The objects also have low warpage because no post-cure treatment is necessary. The methods include the use of elevated pressure, elevated temperature, or sequential polymerization of polymer precursor fluid, or a combination of these, in the three dimensional stereolithographic process.
