    Abstract: An extraction tool is provided for removing a locking latch from a snap-in socket of an electrical connector housing. The tool has a fork-like portion insertable into the socket for spreading the latter, and has an extendable hook portion for engaging and removing the latch from the connector housing upon spreading of the socket.

    Abstract: An improved frothing aid composition for use in combination with sodium polyacrylate viscosity regulator which consists about 70 to 99% by weight of a surfactant and from about 1 to 30% by weight of a thickener comprising a copolymer of acrylic or methacrylic acid with at least one copolymerizable monomer selected from the group consisting of alkyl acrylates or methacrylates having up to 6 carbons in the alkyl, vinylidene aromatic monomers and aliphatic conjugated diene monomers of 4-10 carbon atoms.

  • Fiber optic interlock

    Abstract: A retaining device is provided for preventing removal of a fiber optic connector module from a card cage when a mating fiber optic cable connector is attached to the module. A pivoted release lever on the module has a hook automatically engaging a slot in the card cage upon insertion, and is manually operable to a release position only when the mating fiber optic cable connector is disconnected from the module.
