Abstract: A computer-implemented system is provided for adjudicating coupons to be applied to a transaction for goods or services using a computer processor to execute instructions stored in non-transient memory. The system includes a coupon dispensing system configured to receive a coupon request including transaction information for a transaction from a pharmacy management system, identify at least one electronic coupon for the transaction wherein the transaction information satisfies all of the criteria in a business rules set for each of the at least one electronic coupon, and transmit the at least one electronic coupon to the pharmacy management system. The system further includes a coupon processing system configured to receive a coupon claim request including transaction payment information for the transaction from the pharmacy management system. A coupon payment value is determined based on the transaction payment information, and transmitted to the pharmacy management system.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dispensing coupons in response to a purchase request for a requested good or service received from a consumer. A processing system executes a coupon dispensing application to manage the dispensing of coupons. The coupon dispensing application communicates with a coupon management system to identify available coupons for the requested good or service in response to the purchase request. The coupon dispensing application may also communicate with a benefit provider system to determine a benefit amount provided to the consumer for the requested good or service. The coupon dispensing application determines a payment amount for the requested good or service based on an available coupon, a determined benefit amount, and/or a purchase amount for the requested good or service.

Abstract: A configurable distributed information sharing system includes a process for controlling the sharing of data entities among a plurality of interconnected computers including one or more servers and a plurality of client computers. As transactions are processed by the client computers, the client computers log new data records, modified data records, and deleted data records. During communication sessions with servers, the client computers convey the changed data entities to the server for relay to other client computers according to a data sharing table. The data sharing table includes a data source column listing all data sending computers, a data destination column matching all data receiving computers with data sending computers from which they will receive changed data, and a data identification column matching all the types of data that will be shared among specific data sending and data receiving computers.

Abstract: A flashing light source mounted to rotate or fixed to the top of a hat or helmet. The light provided shines out throughout a full 360 degree circle around the wearer to signal and warn people of the presence of the wearer or of danger. In a preferred embodiment the lamp may be a single lamp formed as a circular xenon flash lamp or a bulb or flash tube with a reflector that rotates to traverse the entire 360 degree circle around the wearer.

Abstract: A tab for securing a napkin to a user. The tab has one adhesive surface for attaching to the user with a second adhesive surface for attaching to a napkin. The tabs adhesive surfaces have a protective covering that is peelable when used. The tab will have at least two adhesive surface areas, either opposing or on the same side of the tab. Each adhesive area will have a removable protective covering that is removed when the now exposed adhesive is to be used. The tabs are thin and flexible, with the two sides formiing substantially the entire exposed surface area of the tabs. The adhesive may be any suitable for the napkin material or the cloth or other material that the napkin is to protect. In addition, the tabs and the napkins may be made with shapes and/or logos suitable for promotional or special uses, for example, for children. The shapes and logos may be of character personalities, cartoon characters, animals and/or graphical designs of any sort.
