    Abstract: The present invention relates to systems and methods for utilizing the measurement of two or more biomarkers to determine a probabilistic assessment for developing ovarian cancer. Particularly, aspects of the present invention are directed to a computer implemented method that includes obtaining, by a computing device, measured levels of two or more biomarkers in a sample obtained from a subject without knowledge of an ovarian mass or tumor in the subject, and determining, by the computing device, a probabilistic assessment of the subject developing ovarian cancer based on the obtained values.
