    Abstract: A process for synthesizing nano-sized rutile, anatase, or a mixture of rutile and anatase TiO2 powder. The process includes the steps of: 1) forming a Ti-peroxo complex by mixing H2O2 with a Ti compound, and 2) heating the Ti-peroxo complex at a temperature of above 50° C. A primary particle size of TiO2 particles, synthesized by the method, is below 50 nm, and an agglomerated particle size thereof after a washing/dry process is below about 10 ?m. The major characteristics of the present invention are that it is a low temperature process, a highly concentrated synthesis, and high production yield of above 90%.

    Abstract: The first step is fabricating a sheet with a front face divided into 4 quadrants; a rear face divided into 4 quadrants; upper and lower edges separated by a height; first and second side edges separated by a width; a central vertical fold line; and a central horizontal fold line. The next step is forming an image on each quadrant. The next step is creating a first fold along the vertical fold line and a second fold along the horizontal fold line. The next step is coupling the quadrants adjacent to the vertical fold line using a tape. The final step is cutting along the horizontal fold line to crop and remove the horizontal fold line creating a first signature having pages 1 through 8.

The core filaments (10) are not twisted or stranded together. High tensile strength sheath filaments (11) are also performed into a flattened helical configuration so that the sheath filaments (11) can be wrapped around the side-by-side core filaments such that the sheath filaments (11) do not put such tension on the core filaments (10) as to cause the core filaments (10) to bunch. The core filaments (10) are maintained in a flat side-by-side configuration so that no voids are formed and rubber can penetrate into the tire cord. The core filaments (10) may number from three to six and the sheath filaments (11) from one to seven. The cross-section of the tire cord is flattened and confined within an oval-shaped outer bound (21), the oval outer bound (21) being characterized by a major axis and a minor axis.

    Abstract: A portable agricultural field and crop sprayer vehicle produces and applies ozonated water to a field of growing crops, such as but not limited to Vidalia onions, to treat or prevent various bacterial or fungal diseases. The tractor vehicle includes equipment which dissolves ozone in water while traversing a field and maintains the dissolved ozone at a desired concentration so that freshly ozonated water is sprayed directly onto the growing crops at an optimum selected concentration.
