  • Publication number: 20250050480
Abstract: A tool and method for replacing or installing components in a confined, interior space of a plumbing faucet valve assembly. The tool comprises a hollow body having a first end and a second end. The first end has an inner diameter and an outer diameter, and the second end has an inner diameter and an outer diameter, wherein the outer diameter of the first end is smaller than the outer diameter of the second end, thus forming a lip or flange proximal the first end for a purpose of engaging a plumbing faucet component for ease of installation during repair or replacement of the component in a plumbing faucet. The tool is manipulated by simply sliding it over the shaft of a screwdriver or other implement during operation. The tool facilitates proper alignment and installation of the replacement components into the confined interior space of the faucet.
