Abstract: A multi-purpose concealing apparatus for concealing objects, for example, knobs, locks, etc., positioned on an external structure, for example, a door is provided. A first base member is attached to a frame of the external structure. A second base member is positioned on the external structure, adjacent to the first base member. The second base member defines a space for accommodating the objects and can accommodate auxiliary objects, for example, a key rack. Upper and lower slide elements are attached parallel to upper and lower inner panels respectively, and perpendicular to the second base member. Upper and lower outer panels of an enclosing structure slide against the upper and lower slide elements on the second base member to enclose the second base member. A concealing member is hingedly connected to the enclosing structure to conceal the objects. A magnetic board is attached to the inner surface of the concealing member.
