Abstract: User-configurable drive-thru timing system that monitors performance and generates real-time messages and reports in real-time. System monitors vehicles in a drive-thru and the displays to drive-thru employees user-configurable text and information, such as user-selected timing information or whether employees are meeting, or failing to meet, user-defined goals. Positive reinforcement that goals are being met encourages employees to provide fast and courteous drive-thru service. System allows the generation of reports in real-time, where the reports provide detailed information regarding the service provided to each vehicle. The system also communicates with other business computer components, such as POS terminals, which allows such systems to provide enhanced features relating to drive-thru service.
