    Abstract: A one part moisture curable adhesive composition having improved heat stability is comprised of a silyl terminated polymer, a catalyst and a particular phosphite compound. The phosphite compound has three groups wherein at least two of the groups are aryl groups, but preferably all three of the groups are aryl groups. The one part moisture curable adhesive composition is useful in severe applications such as solar panels and automotive and building window glass.
