Abstract: This invention provides a means by which correct dosages of emergency medication can be provided to children under emergency situations. A color- and size-coded set of cylinders is provided where the colors match the color codes of the Broselow® Pediatric Emergency Tape, a common method by which the proper dosage for child is estimated based on the child's height. Each type of medication in the emergency kit has its own color-coded set of cylinders, such that once emergency medical personnel measure the child and determine which medication to use, all they need to do is grab the correct cylinder based on the color (which has already been determined from the Broselow® measurement). The invention allows emergency medical personnel to safely, efficiently, quickly, and accurately deliver the correct dosage of one or more medications to a child under emergency conditions.
