  • Patent number: 8790110
Abstract: A completely disposable cooking apparatus used for preparing, filling assembling and decorating of foods, that is a one-piece disposable construction, comprising an elongated bag with a soft side wall, an open first end through which food material can be inserted into the bag and a second end that is closed by a tapered discharge orifice (also sometimes referred to as a nozzle or a tip). The orifice has a first end in contact with the second end of the bag and a distal end away from the bag. The cross-sectional area of the orifice at the first end is greater than the cross-sectional area of the orifice at the distal end. The orifice is made of a material so that it is capable of being cut at any point along its longitudinal axis to yield an exit opening or hole with a desired size.

  • Publication number: 20050232519
Abstract: The present invention is constructed of nylon washable mesh to enable machine-washing and quick drying either in a dryer or on a clothesline. It conveniently takes your wash load straight from the washer to the dryer in one easy sweep with all sets of clothing and pairs of socks intact, without needing to repeat the sorting process or hunt for the missing piece(s). The mesh fabric allows clothing to “breathe”, and causes less wrinkles during travel or storage. It also decreases the moldy odor caused by damp clothes or wet weather. More than one set of clothes can be washed and/or dried at a time and they will still be completely washed and dried to satisfaction.

  • Publication number: 20050051442
Abstract: A packaging device is provided for retaining a disc-shaped media. In its preferred form the device comprises a lid for a container having an interior and an exterior surface, wherein the lid may be repeatedly attached to and removed from the container, preferably by means of a compression fit, and wherein the exterior surface of the lid includes a recess within which a disc-shaped media, such as a digital media disk, may be stored. In one embodiment, the disc-shaped media is first placed within a protective envelope, which envelope is then inserted into or applied to the recess and retained therein. Various means for retaining the envelope in or on the recess are contemplated, including adhesives such as fugitive glue or double-side tape, or sealing members. In an alternate embodiment, the protective envelope is not necessary, and the disc-shaped media is inserted in or applied to the recess and held therein by the same retaining means.

  • Patent number: 4068961
Abstract: A swivel joint is designed to provide limited and controlled movement in two orthogonal planes running through its symmetrical center. The three major parts of the swivel joint are molded from a material composition of polycarbon-glass-teflon. A swivel top mounts to the object to be provided with controlled movement. A swivel bottom mounts to a support. The swivel top and bottom are held together by a large, curved wafer and a nut and bolt arrangement. The swivel top and bottom interact with each other to provide controlled limited movement in the two orthogonal planes, simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 4046358
Abstract: The method may be employed for the mixture of certain types of products which require two or more component chemicals or compounds that must be mixed together immediately prior to use. The method comprises mixing the two compounds in the usual fashion inside of a mixing chamber by continuously supplying each of the compounds to the mixing chamber and then introducing air into the chamber while maintaining the chamber open at one end for the dispensing of the material whereby the air provides agitation for the mixture of the materials and provides a suction forwardly of the mixing chamber to draw the mixed compounds therefrom. The apparatus is in the form of a mixing and dispensing gun which comprises a frame on which there is a previously known arrangement for introducing and supplying two or more chemical components to a mixing chamber thru a mixing block with which is mounted an air control valve system for controlling the entry of the two components.
