    Abstract: Disclosed is a device and a method for protecting a bicyclist from attacks by persons and/or animals while bicyclist is using the bicycle. The device includes a bracket structure, a safety alarm device, self-defense spray device and a clamp unit. The clamp unit mounts the bracket structure on the bicycle handlebar. The safety alarm device and the self-defense spray device are used to deter/repel/scare off the attacker. The abstract of the disclosure is submitted herewith as required by 37 C.F.R. section. 1.72(b). As stated in 37 C.F.R. section 1.72(b): A brief abstract of the technical disclosure in the specification must commence on a separate sheet, preferably following the claims, under the heading “Abstract of the Disclosure.” The purpose of the abstract is to enable the Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and gist of the technical disclosure. The abstract shall not be used for interpreting the scope of the claims.

    Abstract: An apparatus for acetone clearing of cellulose or nitrate membrane filters includes an elongated electric heater element with tubing for transporting acetone coiled around said heater element and in contact therewith. Liquid acetone is introduced to said tubing wherein it is heated by said heater element and acetone vapor is discharged from said tubing. The temperature of the coiled tubing is thermostatically controlled. Acetone vapor is removed from said tubing and passed over a glass slide having an exposed filter containing particulars, such as asbestos fibers. The vapors clear the filter to render it translucent for examination in optical microscopy.

The upper section allows a keyboard operator to push keys through a transparent, flexible, durable membrane which is readily interchangeable. The keyboard enclosure assembly protects this very sensitive electronic keyboard from any kind of harmful elements and potentially dirty hands and fingers of an operator all of which especially prevail in an industrial or manufacturing plant.
