    Abstract: A device for dicing a potato or other foodstuff. The foodstuff is pushed through a first assembly of cutters to form foodstuff segments having the shape of french fries. The segments are then pushed through a second assembly of cutters to form foodstuff portions in the shape of cubes. A lever or handle is operated to successively push the foodstuff through the first cutter assembly then push the foodstuff segments through the second cutter assembly.
