Abstract: The following relates generally to determining genomic biomarkers from biological data (e.g., a read of a nucleic acid, or an image, such as an image of a slide). In some embodiments, a transform orchestrator: (i) receives an order to transform biological data to one or more genomic biomarkers; (ii) selects a transform for deriving each of the received one or more genomic biomarkers; (iii) associates each selected transform with a cloud computing platform; (iv) executes instructions for each selected transform; (v) communicates an operational status of each selected transform; (vi) stores the genomic biomarker output from each selected transform; and (vii) provides a notification of a final operational status of each selected transform.

Abstract: A genomic test processing system and method employ an order management engine and one or more order processing engines, the order processing engines including a receiving engine, an execution engine, and a broadcasting engine. The receiving engine receives a state of an order from the order management engine. The execution engine determines a sequence of steps to advance the received state of an order to a final state, iteratively designates each step of the sequence of steps as completed before initiating the next step of the sequence of steps, and advances the state of the order to a final state when a last step of the sequence of steps is completed. The broadcasting engine broadcasts the final state of the order to the order management engine. The order management engine causes one of the order processing engines to generate a next-generation sequencing report from the final state of the order.

The venue has one or more venue controllers communicatively coupled to the server system. The mobile devices are remotely located from the server system. Abstract: A method of improving accuracy of a database of amusement device locations is described. A plurality of amusement devices are deployed at a plurality of locations. The database of amusement device locations is populated based on the deploying. A server receives over a network, from a portable device, a check-in request. The check-in request is associated with one of the amusement devices, and includes geographic location information associated with the portable device at the time the check-in request is made. The server compares the geographic location information received from the portable device with the location of the amusement device stored in the database, and updates the database based on the comparing.

Abstract: A method of converting audio selections to video selections is described. An input of an audio selection is received from a user. A database of music videos is queried to determine whether a music video corresponding to the audio selection is available. The audio selection is output in response to determining that the database of music videos does not include the music video corresponding to the audio selection. An offer is presented to the user to upgrade the audio selection to the music video corresponding to the audio selection in response to determining that the database of music videos includes the music video corresponding to the audio selection. The music video is output to one or more displays in response to the user accepting the presented offer.
