Abstract: A system for processing database entries includes a memory configured to store a database including multiple line item database entries and multiple receipt entries, a display including a user interface and a processor configured to execute instructions. The instructions include receiving a member identifier, obtaining at least a portion of the multiple line item database entries corresponding to the received member identifier, displaying the obtained multiple line item database entries, receiving a selection of one of the multiple receipt entries, and displaying an image of the selected receipt entry. The instructions further include receiving a selection of a location on the displayed image of the selected receipt entry, receiving a selection of one of the displayed multiple line item database entries, and storing, in the database, a relational link between the selected location on the displayed image of the selected receipt entry and the selected line item database entry.

Abstract: An appraisal system includes a network device, a processor coupled to the network device, and a memory device coupled to the processor. The memory device includes a plurality of computer-executable instructions that program the processor to establish a connection with a computing device using the network device, receive an identifier of an insurer from the computing device, and present an appraisal template to a user through the computing device. The appraisal template is customized to the insurer based on the identifier, and the appraisal template includes a plurality of appraisal fields for use in appraising an object. The processor is further programmed to receive data within the appraisal fields and generate an appraisal submission based on the data received.

Abstract: A method for replacing insured items using a web-based system including a server and at least one device connected to the server via a network is provided. The method includes receiving at the server specification information about an insured item to be replaced. The specification information includes at least one feature of the insured item. The method further includes comparing the received item specification information with potential replacement product information pre-stored within at least one of the server and a database to identify at least one comparable item that is comparable to the insured item and compiling a list of the at least one comparable item. The list includes specification information related to the at least one comparable item.
