Abstract: A buoyant energy device is disclosed. Differing specific gravities between various materials are used to drive turbine blades to create energy by cycling the materials through a turbine activation area. The materials include water, oils, gasses (lighter than air and ambient air), or various other materials as circumstances may require. The device produces electricity that may be stored or used immediately. It is contemplated that the device could be used to power a missile, a torpedo, static mines, or the like.
