    Abstract: A lighting fixture having a new and improved sensor housing and an adjustable mast arm. The sensor housing includes a top wall, a bottom wall, a back wall having a first lead aperture for establishing electrical and mechanical connections between a proximity sensor and a source of electrical power, a transition wall, a pair of side walls, and at least one drain aperture located between the transition wall and the bottom wall. A first partition wall is located between the bottom wall and the transition wall. The first partition wall extends between the pair of side walls to form a cavity including at least one drain aperture for preventing the accumulation of water in the sensor housing. An adjustable mast arm is connected between the base and the sensor housing.
