Abstract: Disclosed are a system and method for providing certifiable shielded cabinets and rooms, or pods, to protect devices, equipment and people from electromagnetic interference such as electromagnetic pulse, and directed energy attack. The method simulates the separate electric and magnetic shield requirements and capabilities of each type of materials, simulating them separately and together to form a combined set of materials layered for an enhanced electromagnetic shield that is lighter weight and less expensive. Further disclosed is a system and method for SCADA, RFID, and OID monitoring and controls to enable initial and ongoing testing and control.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method which provides hardware and software that in combination create an automated intermediary between parties to a transaction. The invention provides a fully automated solution that permits the creation of new markets where service level agreements (SLAs) or laws, rules and/or regulations (LRRs) require knowledge of the location of a party at some point or points in time in order to permit or facilitate the transaction. The system and method of the invention provides not only an automated auditing mechanism to demonstrate compliance with SLAs and LRRs, but by acting as an intermediary between customers and suppliers, also allows location information to remain confidential while still using it to satisfy SLAs and LRRs.
