The method includes one or more computers implementing: obtaining an appointment reference from a registrant, predicting the likely behavior of the attendee, transmitting at least one reminder to the attendee based on the predicted likely behavior of the attendee, receiving a response from the attendee; and notifying the registrant of the response received from the attendee.
