Abstract: A system and method for a terpene delivery vessel device designed to infuse and protect terpene content without liquid terpenes directly contacting dried plant materials (the product). The device keeps naturally present terpenes from escaping the product as well as promotes the infusion of non-native terpenes into the product which enhances flavor. The system invention preserves terpenes present and replaces missing terpenes which have escaped from the product whereby with the correct formula of terpenes, a balance can be achieved and additional terpenes can also be infused to enhance the product's flavor and effects.

Abstract: A system and method for capturing fames (e.g., images) in an environment. In one example, a system includes a main camera configured to capture target images or frames of the environment and a trigger in communication with the main camera and configured to selectively activate the main camera. The trigger includes a trigger camera having a field of view at least partially aligned with a field of view of the main camera and a processing element in communication with the trigger camera and the main camera, the processing element selectively activates the main camera based on scene images captured by the trigger camera.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a digital electrical system for STEM construction system. In examples, the STEM construction system may consist of one or more electrical components and various structural elements to support the electrical components. The system may have a power source (e.g., battery) component with a plurality of connection pins, wherein one of the plurality of connection pins is a sensing pin used for sensing other power sources and communicating the present status of the power source component. The digital electrical system may utilize a proxy communication method where one electrical component can function as a proxy for other components in the system by collecting information on other components in the system and transmitting that to requesting components. Alternatively, a standard and coding communication methods may be used. Normalized unitless data may be communicated throughout the system.

Abstract: Stabilized TCR constructs comprising a TCR alpha chain polypeptide having a variable alpha (V?) domain and a constant alpha (C?) domain and a TCR beta chain polypeptide having a variable beta (V?) domain and a constant beta (C?) domain. The TCR constructs are stabilized by the introduction into the C? domain and/or the C? domain of stabilizing mutations such as non-naturally occurring disulfide bonds between the C? domain and the C? domain (an interchain disulfide bond), non-naturally occurring intrachain disulfide bonds, point mutations, loop truncation mutations, and combinations thereof. TCR fusion proteins comprising one or more of the TCR constructs and a scaffold and/or other biologically active moiety are also described.

Abstract: A cutting head assembly for excavating rock fragments from a mine wall is disclosed. In an embodiment, the cutting head assembly comprises a primary breakage mechanism actuable to apply, to the mine wall, a breakage force for breaking rock fragments from the mine wall. A surface of the cutting head assembly catches the rock fragments broken from the mine wall and has one or more ports associated therewith. A secondary breakage mechanism is operatively associated with the surface and actuable to apply a force for reducing the size of at least some of the rock fragments caught by the surface so as to allow at least the reduced size rock fragments to pass through a respective port for transportation to downstream processing.
