    Abstract: A process is disclosed for establishing ownership and value in collected recyclables. Collected solid waste is transported to a collection facility and weighed at entry and an amount of deposited recyclables determined and attributed to each customer serviced in the collection jurisdiction. A digital file is created representing the attributed amount of recyclables for each customer, and a worker utilizes a third-party tokenization service to convert the digital file into a nonfungible token or NFT, thereby establishing value for the NFT. The tokenization provider then mints and records the nonfungible token on a targeted blockchain using smart contracts, such as for example on the Ethereum blockchain, and sends a confirmation to the waste collection contractor. The waste collection contractor then transfers the NFT to the customer so that the customer may freely trade the NFT on the open market. The process promotes a sustainable recycling program for the public.

The pivot housing comprises a hood that fits over the pivot assembly and forms a seal around the assembly, preventing the passage of oil therethrough.     Abstract: The gas tube fryer comprises substantially 90° in-shot burners, burner mounting boxes, a one-piece burner mounting bracket, and a bracket housing, all of which are used in conjunction with heat exchanger tubes, heat transfer baffles, a frypot, and a flue in a fryer. The burner mounting boxes are keyed specifically to the face of the burner, preventing substantial movement of the burners and introduction of ambient air into the heat exchange tubes. Each burner is also keyed to the mounting bracket, also preventing substantial movement and providing easy installation and repair. The ninety-degree orientation of the burners facilitates mixing of the combustion gases, and the burner comprises a screen on its face that helps to ensure maximum burner efficiency.

The method comprises the step of measuring the equilibrium temperature of a location of interest within or proximate to the passage within which fluid flows. The temperature of the location of interest is perturbed to a second temperature, and the temperature of the location of interest is then allowed to return to its equilibrium temperature. The temperature of the location of interest is monitored as it transitions between the second temperature and the equilibrium temperature. The monitored temperature transition is then used to determine the flowrate of the fluid flowing within the passage.
