  • Patent number: 4664928
Abstract: A method for making biscuits of uniform size and quality wherein a predetermined amount of a dry biscuit mix is worked with a specified amount of water, and, thereafter, kneaded to form a dough which is introduced into and uniformly distributed within the cavity of a biscuit mold after which a cutter having a plurality of generally straight wall portions is introduced into the mold cavity thereby cooperatively fitting within the mold to cut the dough into a plurality of similarly shaped biscuits of uniform size and quality. The sidewalls defining the mold cavity are angularly oriented or zigzagged so as to cooperate with the cutter to form the dough into shapes having at least six sides.
