    Abstract: This invention provides a combination of ground position indicator and aircraft signaling devices for airborne personnel. The disclosed position indicator and signaling devices include a substantially pliable mesh web for deployment upon the ground, the web having a directional indicator and a color or other devices for contrast between the web and the ground so that the web is highly visible to airborne personnel who are in an overhead position adjacent to the ground upon which the web is deployed.
