  • Publication number: 20180037394
Abstract: An insulating container having a base and a lid is provided. The lid may be rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration and may be secured, via one or more latching devices, in either the closed configuration or the open configuration. In some examples, the rotatable lid may be non-destructively removable from the base. Some example arrangements include a removable lid that, when removed, may be secured to the base via an additional portion of the latching device. Additional features of the insulating container include handles that are integrally formed with the base, a recess formed in the base and housing a spigot, and/or a spigot guard, and/or an insulating container mount.

  • Publication number: 20170268858
Abstract: Frangible firearm projectiles, firearm cartridges containing the same, and methods for forming the same. The firearm projectiles are formed from a compacted mixture of metal powders that includes zinc and iron powders and which may include an anti-sparking agent. The compacted mixture is heat treated for a time sufficient to form a plurality of discrete alloy domains within the compacted mixture. The frangible firearm projectile may be formed by a mechanism that includes vapor-phase diffusion bonding and oxidation of the metal powders and that does not include forming a liquid phase of any of the metal powders or utilizing a polymeric binder. A majority component of the frangible firearm projectile may be iron. One or more of zinc, bismuth, tin, copper, nickel, tungsten, boron, and/or alloys thereof may form a minority component of the frangible firearm projectile. The anti-sparking agent may include a borate, such as boric acid.

  • Publication number: 20170158412
Abstract: A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The container can be sealed by a lid structure and the lid structure may include a rotatable handle. The container may further have a holder used to engage the container and the holder and container may be configured to lock to each other.

  • Publication number: 20170121074
Abstract: An example lid assembly can include a lid and a slider. The lid can include a wall defining a recess. The slider can be configured to slide in the recess and can be configured to move between a closed position where the slider covers the opening to aid in preventing spilling of contents of the container and an opened position where the slider uncovers the opening such that the contents of the container can be consumed. The slider can be configured to be removable from the lid and can be replaced back on the lid. Additionally, the slider can be configured to lock into place on the recess in both the closed position and the opened position.

  • Patent number: 8735460
Abstract: The invention relates to a foamed isocyanate-based polymer derived from a reaction mixture comprising an isocyanate, an active hydrogen-containing compound, a blowing agent and a highly branched polysaccharide which is derivatized with at least two esters of different length. Further the invention relates to a mix and a process for the production of isocyanate-based polymer. The mix for the production of a foamed isocyanate-based polymer comprises a mixture of the derivatized polysaccharide of the invention and an active hydrogen-containing compound. The process for producing a foamed isocyanate-based polymer comprises the steps of: contacting an isocyanate, an active hydrogen-containing compound, the derivatized highly branched polysaccharide of the invention and a blowing agent to form a reaction mixture and expanding the reaction mixture to produce the foamed isocyanate-based polymer.
