  • Patent number: 5375987
Abstract: A basic rotary vane mechanical power system, suitable for engines, pumps, compressors and the like, having an enclosed chamber housing a rotating hub plate, with the hub plate assembly supporting a plurality of spaced apart rotary vanes rotating on their own separate shafts and carried in a circular path by the hub plate assembly. The rotation of the hub plate assembly imparts rotation of the plurality of vanes within the enclosed, tight-fitting chamber, the angular rotation of the vanes being one-half of the angular velocity at which the hub plate and power shaft are rotating and transmitting power, or some other suitable ratio. During rotation of the vanes, the volume between the vanes increases and decreases, so that the volume of fluid within that space is contracted or expanded to drive the system or provide a source of power to the system or the working fluid.

  • Patent number: 5095253
Abstract: An electrical circuit used in conjunction with high power factor ballasts and quality fluorescent lamps to reduce the power consumption of a fluorescent fixture by an average of 40% with a lesser reduction of light output because of optimized current control through the discharge lamps increasing the efficacy of conversion of electricity to light, accomplishing this by means of a tuned inductor-capacitor resistor circuit, these along with a 1 to 1.3 impede current surges, transformer, add harmonics a circuit diode and feedback loop to reshape the circuit waveform for optimum performance of said lamps and optimum economic savings and payback through applicaiton of this technology to multiple fixtures in offices, factories, commercial buildings and stores.

  • Patent number: 4217881
Abstract: A hollow cylindrical tubing passing a coolant, a generally V-shaped trough having at the apex thereof a mating semicylindrical surface for engaging said cylindrical tubing and the V-shaped trough disposed about 40.degree. from each other or 20.degree. angularly from a mid-plane of the trough, linkage means for moving the V-shaped trough through an angle that follows an east-to-west path of the sun and maximizing the collection of solar energy and programming means repetitively on a daily term for positioning said V-shaped trough to a start position commencing movement of said V-shaped trough from east-to-west following the sun and terminating said movement for subsequent positioning said V-shaped trough to said start position.
