A duct is arranged in the casing to delimit a central passage inside the duct, and an annular passage surrounding the central passage outside the duct between it and the casing. There is a communication consisting of four holes in the duct close to the bottom to form a communication between the central passage inside the duct and the annular passage. The casing includes two diametrically opposite openings located in a horizontal plane.
