Abstract: A rotary cutter having a handle, a cylindrical head formed on one end of the handle and having a planar surface on each side of the head, an actuating member pivotally mounted in the head, a circular blade mounted on the actuating member and having a pinking or wave shaped cutting edge offset from the blade to form a hub, the blade being secured to one side of the actuating member with the hub located in a parallel relation to one of the planar surfaces, and a finger guard formed as an integral part of the handle and head.

Abstract: A scissors including a first handle assembly and a second handle assembly pivotally interconnected for movement between open and closed positions. A latch mounted on one of the handle assemblies for movement into engagement with the other of the handle assemblies on closing the scissors, the latch being movable on one handle assembly into engagement with the other handle assembly to lock the handles in a closed position and a reversible sheath operatively engaging the handle assemblies to enclose the scissor blades on the handle assemblies.

Abstract: A collapsible display system includes an elongated plastic strip having a series of tabs which hold display items and a series of creases or perforations which can be fan-folded. In loaded and collapsed form, display items may be locked onto the strip and the assembly assumes a manageable shape. When the strip is extended, the items on it are layered, have a somewhat flat profile, and can be reached individually. This collapsible display system improves on previous designs because it can be preloaded, shipped in a compact shape, and readily set up on a store shelf.
