Abstract: The present invention describes a method for encouraging the production and use of electricity from renewable energy sources. A clearing house is established for facilitating various agreements and contracts between green power generators, electricity utilities and electricity end users. A computer model would be employed to help produce fixed costs or essentially fixed costs contracts between the green power generators, the electricity utilities and the electricity end users.
