As EYA2 acts downstream of SCFFBXW7, FBXO7/EYA2 inhibitors can be effective in blocking immune escape pathways and immunotherapy resistance in Fbxw7 mutant tumors. Furthermore, FBXO7/EYA2 inhibitors can be effective in mitigating AXL signaling and associated immune evasion, thus enhancing antitumor immune responses.
