  • Publication number: 20080277536
Abstract: A structural clamp or connector has a retaining mechanism for engaging at least one threaded rod or threaded rod end by pressing the threads of the threads of the rod or rod end into a threadform of a clamp body or connector body. The clamp may include one or more retaining clips for pushing the threaded rod into engagement with threads on one side of one or more threaded holes through a clamp body of the clamp.

  • Patent number: 6089471
Abstract: A high volume, low pressure spray gun for use with air atomizable liquids includes a gun handle and a gun barrel. A plenum is defined in the gun barrel. A valve seat defined in the gun barrel communicates with the plenum. A supply air inlet in the plenum feeds supply air into the plenum. An aperture in the plenum directs air flow out of the plenum. A first outlet defined in a wall of the aperture directs fan air flow out of the aperture and a second outlet defined in the wall of the aperture directs atomizing air flow out of the aperture. A third outlet, which is located in the plenum, directs atomizing air flow out of the plenum. The third outlet is located on one side of the valve seat and the second outlet is located on the other side of the valve seat. With this construction, the valve may selectively close one of these outlets and restrict atomizing air flow out of the plenum. At the same time, fan air flow is shut off.

  • Patent number: 5984646
Abstract: A reciprocating hydraulic motor and pump assembly includes a cylinder and a piston disposed for reciprocation in the cylinder. The piston includes a stem having a bore extending longitudinally in the stem and a piston head connected to one end of the stem. The piston head includes a cavity communicating with the bore. A spool is slidably mounted in the stem bore and the piston head cavity. A magnetic latching assembly is disposed in the piston head cavity. A displacement rod is fastened to the piston rod. The hydraulic motor and pump assembly is used in an airless paint sprayer system.
