Includes locking flap having an accurately located entry hole for spade type terminal. Locking shoulder is established by the flap to securely lock a protector in the pocket. A solid segment, interrupted only by a lanced portion provides maximum strength against inadvertent release of the terminal. The assembled member preferably is ultrasonically spot welded and may include a reinforcing member.
