Abstract: A system, medical devices, and methods for use in surgical procedures, such as spinal surgeries. The system, medical devices, and methods are designed to provide a surgeon the ability to add a screw connector, or screw head such as a tulip, to pre-existing implanted bone, such as pedicle, facet, lateral mass, etc., screw system without having to remove the previously implanted screws and/or rods already existing in a patient.

Abstract: A traction device for treating or alleviating back pain and/or sciatica. The traction device is designed to provide the user with a mechanism to pull their lower body, allowing for traction of the lower back. The traction device may also include mechanisms to orient the user's feet at different angle orientations, thus allowing traction to the user's hips, user's hips and back, or the user's back. The traction device may include an upper section designed to support a user's upper body, an intermediate section designed to support a user's mid-section, and a lower section designed to support a user's lower body.

Abstract: A device for dispensing rolled items, such as tape. The hand-held or mounted tape dispensing device is designed to accommodate variously sized or shaped rolls of tape. The tape dispensing device for dispensing a tape may comprise a support structure and one or more tape holder sliders configured to be moveable from a first position to at least one second position. The tape dispensing device may also include one or more tape holder sliders, which may move simultaneously in a single direction. The tape dispensing device may also include a tape dispenser blade having a cutting edge and configured to be moveable from a first position to at least one second position and to rotate to a position along the cutting edge at different angles.
