Abstract: The present invention relates to hand railing that complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations for hand railing on both landings and stair cases. The hand railing utilizes a post which can be converted by angling a bracket to accommodate various stair case inclinations. The brackets can also be pivoted into an upper position when used in a landing position to create horizontal railing supports.
