    Abstract: A safety assembly for use with firing weapons is provided. The safety assembly may be selectively positioned between an on position and a off position. In the on position, the safety assembly prevents the hammer of the firing weapon from pivoting from a firing position to a fired position. In the off position, the safety assembly permits the hammer of the firing weapon to fall from the firing position to the fired position.
