  • Publication number: 20230083120
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for orchestrating a security object, including, for example, defining and storing a plurality of policies in a database coupled to a policy engine and receiving, by the policy engine, the security object and at least one object attribute associated with the security object. In addition, the policy engine determines the acceptability of the security object based, at least in part, on the at least one object attribute and at least one of the plurality of policies corresponding to the at least one object attribute. The security object to at least one communication device associated with the policy engine is distributed when the security object is determined to be acceptable. The at least one communication device establishes communication based, at least in part, on the security object.

  • Publication number: 20230007003
Abstract: In various embodiments, there is provide a method for organizing devices in a policy hierarchy. The method includes creating a first node. The method further includes assigning a first policy to the first node. The method further includes creating a second node, the second node referencing the first node as a parent node such that the second node inherits the first policy of the first node.

  • Publication number: 20220300656
Abstract: Methods are described herein for associating one or more first systems with one or more second systems, where the first system has a first cryptographic boundary and the second system has a second cryptographic boundary, identifying, at the one or more first systems, one or more security objects on one or more second systems in the second cryptographic boundary, performing one or more security functions at the one or more first systems using the one or more security objects, the performance of the security function occurring in the first cryptographic boundary, and transmitting, by the one or more first systems, one or more results based on the performed one or more security functions.

  • Patent number: 11298680
Abstract: A retention media for removing substances from water that includes an aggregate; at least one granular adsorbing material capable of adsorbing nutrients and metals; and a psyllium, wherein the psyllium performs as a binder to adhere the at least one granular adsorbing material to the aggregate to form a high permeability media mix is disclosed. A method of manufacturing a media mix is disclosed that includes creating a dry mixture of aggregate, at least one granular absorbing material, and a psyllium; and saturating the dry mixture with water to create a bond between the at least one granular absorbing material, and the aggregate via the psyllium thereby forming a high permeability media mix (HPMM). A method of using a media mix to reduce concentration of substances in water includes installing materials over granular adsorbing material, aggregate; and psyllium to reduce concentration of phosphorous or nitrogen or metals in the water.

  • Publication number: 20210185026
Abstract: Examples described herein relate to manipulation of a structure of a policy hierarchy, while reformulating policies associated with the manipulated nodes, or other nodes effected by the manipulation, of the hierarchy. In some examples, a node may be created, moved, and/or deleted, and the manipulated node (and other nodes effected by the manipulation of the node) may reformulate their respective policies based on their new positions within the policy hierarchy. In some examples, nodes indirectly effected by the hierarchy manipulation may be moved within the hierarchy as a result.
