Abstract: Described are systems and apparatuses to mitigate the timing margin loss caused by inter-symbol interference (ISI) in high speed input/output (I/O) interfaces. Data dependent jitter (DDJ) compensation techniques that may be utilized in the transmission or receiving circuitry of the I/O interface, including capturing bit data values of a data signal prior to an identified data transition, and delaying/advancing the transmission/reception the data signal or a corresponding clock signal based on these bit data values.

Abstract: Techniques and mechanisms for configuring logic to implement a signal modulation. In an embodiment, the logic includes a finite impulse response (FIR) module comprising circuitry. The selection circuitry may be operable to concurrently receive signals from latch circuitry of the FIR module and, based on the signals, to select an input group of the selection circuitry and to output a voltage identifier. In another embodiment, configuration logic is operable to set an operational mode which determines a total number of concurrent input signals, received by the FIR module, which the FIR module will use to select an input group for generating an output representing a voltage level.

Abstract: A process for preparing a food composition by mixing a nutritive base with at least one long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid; cooking the resulting mixture at a temperature not less than about 50° C.; adding to the food composition at least one oxidatively protected long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid; and packaging the resulting composition in an oxygen depleted environment within a sealed container to provide the food product that exhibits (1) acceptable palatability to an animal and (2) a shelf-life of at least about 6 months when stored at ambient temperature without opening the container.

Abstract: An attention parental switch system of video/audio device includes a button group, a function selection circuit, a microprocessor, an input control circuit, a central processor member, an audio control circuit and a video control circuit. The button group includes a change-over button and other button, such as volume button, power button. The input control circuit processes the signal coming from the button group and produces an output signal. The central processor member includes a central processor, ROM and RAM, program that the central processor runs and attention information data are stored in the ROM in advance. When a user pushes the change-over button, the central processor can cut off the audio input, at the same time, the central processor processes the attention information data and converts it into video signal to be outputting; the user pushes the change-over button again, audio signal will output again, and the central processor processes stops processing the attention information data.
