Abstract: A barbell includes a central section having opposed ends, a mounting structure including first and second tubular members located at the ends of the central section and engaged with the first tubular member, and a second barbell section engaged with the second tubular member. The first barbell section includes a first bar portion having a first sleeve mounted thereon, and the first bar portion has a first proximal end received in the first central passage and connected to the first tubular member to connect the first barbell section to one end of the central section. The second barbell section includes a second bar portion having a second sleeve rotatably mounted thereon, and the second bar portion has a second proximal end received in the second central passage and connected to the second tubular member to connect the second barbell section to the other end of the central section.

Abstract: A monolift assembly includes a carriage assembly configured to be releasably secured to a post of a rack for weightlifting equipment. A pivoting piece is pivotally connected to the carriage assembly and has a hook at a first end thereof and a counterweight at a second end thereof. The pivoting piece includes a central plate, a first exterior plate abutting a first side of the central plate and a second exterior plate abutting a second side of the central plate.

Abstract: A weightlifting machine that includes a pulley system and a cable system that attaches to a weight rack frame to allow a user to perform a weightlifting exercise. The pulley system may include a first pulley and a second pulley where the cable system engages each pulley. The cable system may have a first end connected to a grip attachment and a second end attached to a resistance element. The resistance element may include a resistance band, a weight support that holds a weight plate, a set of weight plates, or other type of resistance element. The cable system may extend from the pulley through an opening located one of the frame members that form the frame. A seat attachment assembly may also be connected to the weightlifting machine, where the weightlifting machine may include a pulley rotatably connected to a seat base that supports a seat.
