Abstract: A flower pot cover for placement over a flower pot. The flower pot cover includes a circular band of material having an open top and an open bottom. The open top provides a first elastic band located around the perimeter thereof in order to readily adjust to the flower pot to which it is applied. The open bottom provides a second elastic band located around the perimeter thereof in order to readily adjust to the flower pot to which it is applied. An insulative liner is located on the interior side of the flower pot cover and the exterior material of the flower pot cover provides a variety of decorative patterns thereon. The insulative liner prevents the escape of moisture and water from the soil, leaves and the plant placed into the flower pot to which the flower pot cover is applied.
