Abstract: A carrier includes a pedestal adapted to be in engagement with a supporting surface when resting on the supporting surface, at least two wall structures mounted on the pedestal. A supported member is supported by the wall structures and includes a proximal end receiving one wall structure and a distal end receiving another wall structure. A support wall is connected to the supported member and disposed between the wall structures. A hose reel is selectively mounted between one of the wall structures and the support wall when the other wall structure is abutted by a wall that supports this combination and prevents against any accidental movement during the operation thereof.
