The receiving unit may comprise a through hole configured to receive an elongated material. The elongated material may be insertable through the through hole. The apparatus may further comprise a movable closure mechanism mechanically coupled to the lock body. The movable closure mechanism may comprise a first end that is insertable into the lock body through the first insertion point. The movable closure mechanism may comprise a second end that is configured to move into or out of the lock body through the second insertion point.
