Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for enriching and screening a target object such as a cell, bacteria or biomolecule from a sample. The apparatus includes a plurality of multi-channel mesh bodies arranged in parallel, and each multi-channel mesh body includes a mesh body formed by intersecting a plurality of threads, a plurality of screen pores formed by intersecting the plurality of threads, and a capturing layer formed on the mesh body. The capturing layer includes a capturing material specifically binding with the target object.

The capturing layer comprises a capturing material specifically binding with the target object, and the screen pores of two adjacent layers of multi-channel mesh bodies are partially staggered. The present invention improves the capture rate of the target object in the case of ensuring high flux.
