Abstract: A latex balloon includes a body defining an inflatable interior and having a top, the body having an inflated state and an uninflated state and, when in the inflated state, having a largest transverse dimension of approximately 18 inches or less. A neck provides fluid communication from an inflation opening of the neck to the inflatable interior, the neck having an axis. The body transitions to the neck at a body-neck transition. The balloons are improved by having one or both of the following: (1) in the uninflated state, the height of the neck is greater than the height of the body, and (2) in the inflated state, and when the neck is tied in a knot proximate the body-neck transition thereby defining a remaining neck portion, the remaining neck portion from the inflation opening to the knot in a fully stretched state is at least 7 inches.

Abstract: A balloon weight and tether assembly includes a balloon weight; a securement tab including a first locking arm providing a male member having an outer periphery and a second locking arm providing a female member having an inner periphery; and a tether having a first end coupled with the balloon weight and a second end coupled with the securement tab; where the male member and the female member are adapted to mate to thereby grip a neck or a tail of an inflated balloon between the outer periphery of the male member and the inner periphery of the female member.

Abstract: A balloon holder includes a cup portion having a stem with a barb extending therefrom, and a conical cup defined by a sidewall extending from the stem to define a top edge of the conical cup. The balloon holder further includes a stick portion including an elongate stick body extending from a first end to a second end, a stem receptacle at the first end, and a barb receptacle provided in the stem receptacle, wherein a portion of the stem is received in the stem receptacle such that the barb locks into the barb receptacle to join the cup portion and the stick portion together to form a complete balloon holder.
