The diffusing sheet is arranged on the side plate of the shell. The diffusing sheet and the shell cooperatively define a chamber. The light source is arranged on the bottom plate and received in the chamber. The reflective element is arranged on a light pathway of the light emitting element and received in the chamber. The reflective element is conical, and includes a conical surface facing the light source and a top surface away from the light source. The conical surface is a total reflective surface.

The reflective film is further pressed by a third roller and then coiled by a rolling device. An apparatus for manufacturing the reflective film is also disclosed.
